Hi @boldon i thought you has spoken to the call centre and you send them some form and you application is done ? are you still waiting for answer ? 

i'm from sep 2017 start process on Jun 2018 no replay yet. i think they forget about us. Lets keep the hope thats all what we can do,

Hi, did everyone recieved biometric invitation? Just submitted payment today.. We have sent our application April 2018, grounds best interest of the child (our application is not posted online).. This is first correspondence we have ever recieved. I was scared our application got lost or something..

Airamv my understanding is that you couldn't see anything about your APPLICATION online? What you normally see when you check it? My APPLICATION is from june 2018 and it still not in PROCESS when I checked it. can you please respond

It only says we may have recieved your application but haven't started processing. This is from April 2018 until now, same thing,no details no acknowledgement of receipt NOTHING but we recieved biometrics invitation from H&C application

When I called the call center beginning of last year to check what is going on because everyone received some kind of correspondence and we didn't, they told me that my lawyer basically lied to me and she never submitted application, which she did... I tought I'm drowning (turns out they can say whatever they want..

Airamv so they ask you for biometric but your APPLICATION still saying APPLICATION receive? And the biometric it for fingerprint and background checks?. That would mean there actually PROCESSING your APPLICATION then? but not updating it online?.it just my thoughts

Yes they asked for biometrics only. It doesn't even say received, it says may have been received.. no details or anything.. haven't received anything else for background check and wanted to ask if everyone is in same situation..

Maybe because they are behind they're just doing it fast now but I think it is for background checks. so I guess there not doing anything update online, just my thoughts

My lawyer told me it really depends who is working on your application. Some do updates online some don't... I am praying for all your positive answers! 🙏🙏
