Hi Guys

I just got my mom's GCMS notes through the ATIP request. I am Canadian, but my mom's application for PR was filed on Sep 2018.

Under Triage: it says Straight. Any idea as to what it really means?

My father's file notes say the same under Triage.

I believe this is there to indicate if the file should be expedited (like in cases of best interest of the child) or follow the regular timeline.

Congrats cfi! Please keep us posted on PrRA! Did she mention processing time?
Our agent said 6-12 months.

Wow almost a year sounds great.
Gives us more time to wait for HC.
We waited until last minute to submit PRRA and buy extra month. We had 2 weeks to send forms and 2 weeks to send proofs. So we did both just the day before deadline. You never know when you will need those precious days and weeks.

Please keep us posted on any progress.

I have heard horror stories about CBSA too. Some (or most?) of them are very tough.
We were pleasantly surprised when our agent offered PRRA himself and we did not need to beg for it.
So much depends on a compassionate agent.

You don't have to beg for prra.they gave you prra because you are eligible for it.if you are eligible, cbsa will never allow you to apply for prra
