hello che, no update yet... seeing the timelines it looks like it takes months before we get the next letter... hopefully we will get it before christmas season.... cause when holidays come for sure their offices are close...

Thanks for sharing. My spouse is on PRRA now and our CBsA agent said he will need to leave Canada after PRRA is rejected. But “he may still get AIP even after leaving and come back”. My personal feeling is that they just say it to encourage you to cooperate with removal and meet their removal targets. Once the applicant leaves Canada, the establishment in Canada is automatically eliminated as an argument, so perfect reason to reject |

just to clear PRRA for myself... is it for those who dont have valid status? sorry I am not aware... when my open work permit expired.. I applied visitors visa while waiting for H & C...

Anyone knows when i submitted my h&c application last aug 2017, i attached also my police clearance from dubai and taiwan. Now its been 2yrs so my police clearance is expired already . What do you think guys they will ask again on the second stage like police check to have another new police clearance from taiwan and dubai if incase? Anyone knows about this

Hi Che, I also submitted my police check on my application in July 2017, but they asked again for it along with medical exams after AIP, so be prepare to get new ones soon.
