where are you looking for it? if you request for GCMS notes, the file number is on the first 2 lines on the first page

normally within two weeks you should receive the AOR, so call the. Call centre tomorrow and speck to an agent , ask them if they receive your file or not .

They received my application. Because the lawyer sent us paper with signature that someone received it(I do not know exact name, may be express mail)
   Right now only way left , call cic tomorrow and ask the agent , as you are the applicant so it shouldn’t be an issue to ask them . Tell that you wanted to know if they have sent you the AOR or not and what’s the file number . Another way try to check ecas with payment receipt Num. I always check with that .

I tried to check ECAS with payment receipt number but it says we can not identify the information you provided. I do not know what I am doing wrong. Identification number I write that payment receipt number correct?

Hello @Sgirl same with me here i have a lawyer who helped me with my application all correspondence will send to them my lawyer didnt give me my AOR thats why i ordered GCMS notes to get it after 1 month i get that document.

Sgirl, mine says the same thing on ECAS. Ive tried with receipt number, file number, client number and they all show the same thing. We cannot find bla bla bla. Don’t worry. Ive ordered GCMS notes and my file is there, it has been 1year and a bit for me, it just means they havent started processing. Try and call to give you some peace of mind. But dont worry.

For GCMS notes it comes after a month when you order? The lawyer should give me AOR? I have no idea about that

I told my lawyer to call them, but she can’t still reach them

ECAS changed to DM today.

Let's hope all goes well.

They says the Vancouver IRCC is experiencing delays with landing appointment but I hope I can have my landing appointment in a month or two...
