A Canadian born child with medical condition is a good ground to keep you in the country.thats what my lawyer told me my husband was out of status for three years and is through our son he got back is statu and his work permit because he as medical condition too

@baby G thank you very has your H&C been approved now,?did you get any letter from CBSA .they as me to come for interview am so scared but my lawyer told me not to be scared we have our medical report.

No we never get anything from CBSA, no it as not been approved yet I'm know export but I think you should listen to your lawyer.
