I just saw on the other forum that they submitted their application may2019 and they got a decision made just this month.

Yes.. he said, his timeline is may 2019 ar, july aor then august 8 is decision made, he is a failed refugee but he said he stidy here in canada

Otherwise I Hope decision made isn’t a case of refusal of H&C application. Only one month decision made without background check or medical?

Hi Guys.

I have apply for H&C since SEP 2017.

On process on Jun 2018. No update yet.

I apply for PRRA before 6 weeks.

I have too question if you can help me.

1- Is both file go to same officer ?

2- I called the office today and they told me they have time until May 2020 but should they finish all the process at that time or they can just update it at that time ( example they will tell me on May 2020 you got AIP or Medical requerid) can that be possible ?

Please advice.

I have sent PRRA application today and now waiting for the response. 
Both the files that are processed concurrently has been read by me. 
I hope it wont take too long.

1 - not necessarily same officer but they try to combine HC ans PRRA into one case. To be studied concurrently.
2 - could be both. Probably he meant May 2020 will put you at 32 months since you applied (which is official processing time), so you should hear by then the decision.

Same boat here - PRRa + HC. Please keep me posted
