I think my mom’s file is being process in Montreal office now . I don’t see any improvements :(

Processing time for H&C who already applied is 30 months now not 31 months, does it mean they are processing each application now.... Hoping to hear update....

I have no status but immigration approved me to stay in Canada while my p.r. is being processed.
Cic also told me I can apply for work permit or study permit while I am waitiing. I applied on September, but until now no work permit.

I checked my gcms notes. I dont see anything new, eligibility,background & criminality nothing started to check .only file transferred to montreal office.that's it . I feel so depressed now ,God no sign of mercy :(

thanks boldon, it says : outstanding. I didn’t get what does it mean also we got no AIP yet , just the file transferred to Montreal office due to work load at Vancouver. So many officers are working on one file , I have found so many their name codes . Also it was written I should get an update by end of 2018 or early 2019 . But nothing found yet. I was wondering do they approve without any eligibility background checks ? I don’t think so . My gcms note has 30 pages too many information.

hi everyone anyone got a news for first stage of approval this yr of 2019? mine was since may 2018 in process until now no news from cic. its been 8 months now waiting since my application change to in process last may 2018.pls reply anyone same my situation month and yr, thanks

my application in process since April 2018 . No AIP. Why don’t you order a gcms notes? I ordered mine . It took less than a month to arrive via email .
