H&C PR application

hi, I want to file H&C case for my brother who is in india because he is all alone there n my parents deceased last year. I am here in canada. My bro is 20 years of age and he is premature so I am the only one who understands him what he wants to say. I am really worried because he got rejection for visitor visa. There is no1 to tc of him in india he is in boarding school right now. Plz suggest what sud I do? I talked to a lawyer bt he says there are less than 50% chances abt success in H&C and he dont qualify for any other categories. Also, can we apply for h&c from outside canada, as he is in india. I am a PR of canada. What sud I do? I will really appreciate your help guys

Hello Disha, as your brother is 20 years old and is already an adult, i agree that an option for your case is an H & C application. You must prove, though, that he is unstable enough (mentally, emotionally, or physically) to be living by himself in India. Yes you can apply someone from outside Canada thru H & C, I personally know someone who was granted PR from outside Canada thru the process. But with your brother's situation (based only from how you described it), i would have to agree with the lawyer you've talked to that it has less than 50% chance. However, if your brother has a serious condition (other than being alone), you'd have a better chance.

@chloetimothy. Ang tagal tlg ng processing and depende rin ata sa officer na hahawak kasi until now wala pa rin akong result
