2 year gap during graduation!

Hello,
I had 2 year gap during my Engineering graduation due to back-logs of different subjects.
During these 2 years I had given multiple attempts of the subjects.
I have only the passing certificates of all the semesters.
I have some of the failed marksheets. Rest of the failed marksheets are missing.
Do I need to obtain those as duplicates from the college or are they not necessary at all?
