Hey, so my husband just got his official documents for his post grad work permit in the mail. But it didn't come with instructions on how to replace the visa that is currently inside his passport.

Does he need to send it to the visa office or can we just go to the office in town and they'll do it?

(He applied online, and it never requested the passport orignally.)

His current study visa that is in his passport expires at the end of this month.

I tried to email / call CIC but they simply told me "they don't respond to general inquires."

1. 2 different things. He got his PGWP from Vegreville which allows him to remain/work in Canada.
2. If he wants a new TRV, he has to apply for it to CPC Ottawa. The process instructions are here. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/cpp-o-apply.asp
