I have some question :
1) Can I apply immediately and submit IELTS results later, as most of pplz here worried Crydue to time consuming process. (I am qualifying in intitial assesment got more than 67 points)
2) Is  it true that Bank Account statement / All Edu. Documents (Verified by nortary )/ Original Experience letter with job description+job achievement letters /Passport copies/IELTS Result sheet.. will be send after applicatoin approval??Big smile

I mean:
 1)Application filed without attaching doc.(take 3-4Months)
 2 ) Documents Submission after approval??Shocked
Best Regards,

yes you can apply without documents, but you have to carefully calculate your Points with regards to English proficiency because the points should be count on your IELTS results.

Please find the Document Checklist [IMM 5612] at following address:

Thanks alot, actually IELTS preparation requires 2 months, so if we wait till IELTS completion and results it will delay total process what u say?
I also have 1 more question is it OK, that if  i will present past  6-months bank statement, and  just in last month of statement will shows Rs.100K, any input that how an individual present Bank statement regarding show his financial resources would be highly helpful?

1. You really should read the instructions again!
2. If you are applying for the initial FSW assessment you apply to CIO Sydney, no attachments, no pictures, no IELTS. If you pass the first stage, then you have 120 days to submit a full application with the IELTs and bank statements.

you have 3 months time to collect and submit all your documents. so why not apply right on if you meet the points and criteria ?

the thing is that you have provide either IELTS results or evidence of proficiency in any official Canadian Language. As per the recent changes in immigration process you should provide the IELTS result, otherwise your application maybe refused from CIO Sydney NS.
