if i am sponsoring my husband to canada from ukraine...
can we have the same representative??? my sister which lives in canada??? or do we have to have a different one?

Eh? You are using a rep? Look your application is one application, its not like a court case where there would be a conflict of interest, this is the same case. For the purpose of this application the sponsor and the applicant file it joint.
