hEllO eVeryOnE, i wOuLd liKe tO aSk if is iT OK to leave the otHer BOXES bLank in
ADDRESSES LIST ALL THE ADDRESSES WHERE YOU HAVE LIVED SINCE YOUR 18TH BIRTHDAY. BecauSe i only hAve one HOME address, and i nEver Lived anywhEre elsE. and aLso i gUess i pUt a mistake oF writing it frOM YEAR/ MONTH since birth up tO nOw. i didn'T nOticed it wAs since yOur 18th birThdAy.. (stUpid me) wOuld the typO errOr affects thE prOCessing of my appLicatiOn? |

You've given them more info than they asked for - all you addresses for your entire life, not just addresses since your 18th birthday. I wouldn't worry about it, I'm sure it won't affect processing.

Well its fine as it is, but I wouldnt write it using the capitals and lower case have you have here, its kind of hard to read.

LOL.. nah, i didn't use this lOwer and UppEr casE in fiLLing up FORMS.. it's jUst hEre in tHE fOruM.. sO it's juSt fine to list one address and leave the remaining bOxes bLank withOut putting N/A? since i onLy have onE pLace i've lived. ThAnks sO mUch.

You may find some won't bother to read your questions because the upper/lower case mix is not easy or fast to read.

No you dont have to put N/A on every box, once filled in you have completed that section, N/A refers to a section or sub section. And B47 is right, I almost overlooked it myself, very annoying.
