THE LINK GIVEN BY YOU TELLS TOTAL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER FEB. 28 2008 TO 26JUNE 2010 IS ONLY 10300 CHC WORKED ON POST FEB. 2008 ONLY AS IT IS CLEAR WE OF DEC. 2003 STILL WAITING SINCE LAST 3 YRS. THEY CLEARED UP TO MARCH OR APRIL 09 AND ONLY 500-1000 FROM MARCH TO 26 JUNE 10 APPLICATION ARE PENDING NOW TOTAL NO. OF APPLICATION RECEIVED AT Sydney: 8542IF GOES BY 10 PERCENT RULE FROM INDIA IT IS 852 IF 20% THAN 1700 BUT THIS IS ASSUMPTION BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY CHOOSY TO ACCEPT APPLICATIONS MINE 3-4 KNOWN WHO SENT THEIR APPLICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND RETURNED
SO IN MINE VIEW 90 MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT INCREASE

New Delhi Office is giving priority to Post 26 June applicants. I did some calculation from the Post 26 June Spreadsheet & this is what might be the reality:

7. Balance left for pre 26 June 2010 & pre 28 Feb. 2008 will be max. 1200 Visas !!!
8. Out of these 1200 the AEO category will get preference, assuming another 500 Visas goto AEO's.
So applicants of pre-26 June 2010, we all have to scramble for the remaining 700 Visas. Delhi office has an inventory of more then 30,000 applications pending for post 28 Feb. 2008 applicants and more then 50,000 in the pre 28 Feb. 2008 category.
SO.......... what do you do  ??

Narang Sir,
You are right We all doing the same "Pani Vich Madani" but few of us are doing Clockwise and others Anticlock wise. But in both cases Result will NOT be butter.
I also share one thing here that This is not the RIGHT time to make any decision of Quiting or planing to quit, As we have givin bloody 7 years to this Damn process we should keep patience and we all are very good at that.

Where we have waited 7 years and every month thought that "this is it ...they can't make us wait more ....we will definately get visa this year, in a few months" However, this year they have published their visa quota of total 7500 visas for Skilled Workers in 2011 - 2012. Does not matter where we have waited 7 years by thinking that next month will be different, we can wait a few more years. My another friend landed yesterday with his family in Canada who had applied just 14 months back. He called me and said "bhai kab aa raha hai?" I wanted to say "teri tan #@*~"

Hi folks,
might this question is not relevant in this forum but still im
seeking help from you ppls.Im workng as SSE in a MNC ,I have applied
for my PR on jan2008 through WWICS and got the AOR number on
Feb2008.Daily i used to go through many canadian immigration forums and
have a hope sooner or late will got to canada.also have planned many
things accordingly.
last week suddenly WWICS guys called me and told your PR cancellation
payment cheque has reached in the branch and come and collect it.I got
really shocked and called to headoffice,they told i sent a mail it
seems mentioning to close my case from CHC,so dey asked to close my file
and the CHC closed my file and returned my immigration fee.
I told them i never ever send this mail and asked can you please forward
that mail which have sent.for tat dey dont have any answer.i mailed
to wwics customer care,branch and legal departmnet mentioning all this
and havent get any reply so far im waiting for past one week. i didnt
expcet this kind on irresponsible behavior from this consultancy.Guys
can u suggest me what should i do next. I dont thnk i can reopen the
case in CHC with old filenumber.shoul i go filing case against this
Consultancy?pls help

Each year I think This might be the last year here in india and At year end end I with my family will be in Canada and live with by Parents (already there). But Every year when I about to reach the said Time line by CHC...CHC increases the processing time.
Moreover, In this 7 Years the person who never planed to go abroad are now Went there and settled as well... and I am here sitting on the eggs of Immigration and Hatching them in hope Visa will come out of eggs.
I too feel the same (teri tan #@*~") when I get news that Such person has gone US / Canada / Paris....
God put us to to feel this damn stupid feelings of jealousy.

The kind of pace we are experiencing, for a Jan 2008 applicant, it will take 2018 - 2020 to clear his or her case. If your Job falls within 29 category, reapply again, you will be cleared within 12 months sans wwics. And to give WWICS a lesson, you may file a case for breach of trust.
