From tomorrow till Friday, we will hear good news (at least some member will receive medicals).

I came to know from some one that canadian court has ordered to clear the backlog( up to dec. 2008) in the time period of dec. 2010....
 
 Is it true or not??? plz let me know  i am confused?????

It must be rheumier or bad joke. I don't think court can issue such orders. Just imagine there are almost a million people from around the world waiting for their turn to get PR. If all of them will get PR by the end of 2010, will Canada is capable of managing a million of immigrants in one year???????????? I don't see any truths.

NOTHING LIKE THAT. ACTUALLY SOME LEFTOVERS/REJECTED CASES ON FILMSY GROUNDS HAS APPEALED FOR RECONSIDER/REFUND OF THEIR MONEY. THIS IS VERY CRUCIAL SITUATION FOR CIC.AFTER IN THE DEMOCRATIC SET UP CIC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY QUERY RAISED.
 
CIC ACCEPTS THE APPLICATION WITH HUZE MONEY WITHOUT GOING INTO THE FACTS AND AFTER SIX LONG YEARS OF WAIT CASES ARE REJECTED WHICH IS VERY IN HUMAN ACTION.

Guys, this is bad news, as the processing months are not changed.
Its the same what was on the website one month back.

Ideally it should be Dec 03 and Jan 04. But it has not changed. Signs of worries....
