Hi,

I got refund of around 64500 Rs from CHC through WW***. Is it possible to get back the fee paid to agency for gold package. ?

Depends on your contract with the company, whether they will refund it or not. CIC won't .

Yes shoot, I got refund a month ago and encashed the cheque with protest. I never applied for refund nor recd any letter for termination.

Okay dear. I still to get it. May be I had applied for FSW through WW.. and they have last told me to apply for refund through them.

I got the refund from CIC. 
But did not get any refund from WWICS I had applied for  Gold Package.
They are giving 600 Dollars where as they had received 1400 dollars.

We are in Canada . We arranged for AOE in 15 Lacs and landed in 2012  within 3 months. since then we have not only earned 5 times more but also saved more than 15 which we spend.

How to teach wwics a lesson I am with U.

Little clarification please. On the one hand you got refund from CIC and on the other hand you reached Canada by AEO. How both ??
