Hi,

I normaly check our immigration status for permanent residence through spousal sponsorship online and from time to time through CIC's automated telephone system.

Last week, the automated telepohone system stated that we have received a letter on March 18th-we did not send any letter to them, and since Saturday, it's been saying an error has ocucred and we cannot advise your application status.

Online system isn't updated and still says it's in process.

Anyone ever encoutered this?

	Inland spousal sponsorship app submitted April 6th 2009 First stage approval: Sept 09 OWP: Nov 09 Decision made: April 12th Landed at Scarborough CIC: June 30th PR card received: August 25th
