	Hi everyone! I have a question on the LICCO and I need your help. The LICCO in 2014 for the family size 3 members is over 36,200$. But my income don't meet the LICCO, my income is around 26,000$. My husband income is around 12,000$. Can I become the sponsor and my husband is co-sponsor? Because my income and my husband's income add together will met the LICCO The LICO IS THE TOTAL INCOME OR THE NET INCOME???? I hope to recieve ur reply.....
