Hi, my common law partner is applying for Permanent Residence under the Canadian Experience Class. But since I already am a permanent resident of Canada therefore do not need his sponsorship, what kind of information does he need to include in his application for me?
Do we a declaration of common law union and other proof of our relationship? my birth/police clearance certificates? etc..

I've been reading the Guide, but it's not clear as far as our case goes...

Thanks!

Hi,  Pls follow the document checklist for your CLP CEC's application. You can notarize and file your statutory declaration as well.  Read the applications carefully. Since you don't have to apply with him for your PR, don't enter your name as a PR applicant, only as his CLP.

Hope it helpsSmile Good luck!
