just wondering  if we have any feb 2010 applicants  for spouse sponsorships (cic Mississauga) on here? please share your timelines; just to get the feeling of togetherness rolling...

CPC-M RECEIVED APPLICATION: FEB 1st 2010
CPC-M Processed Application: FEB 25th 2010
FIRST ABLE TO LOG IN to E-status : FEB 28th 2010
Sponsorship Approval Letter Received: MAR 2nd 2010
File is now forwarded to CHC-NEW DELHI and E-STATUS shows application status in CHC-NEW DELHI as  "Unavailable"

With your receipt number if you are the sponsor and you have paid fees electronically using any major creditcard on Canadian Immigration website and if you have the receipt number from the kit you ordered...please go to
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas
in the section identification type select receipt number
enter your receipt number
enter your surname (Sponsor's last name)
sponsor's date of birth
and country of birth.

You can check the status of your application online if you haven't received your client id or kit number

Client Application Status

With your receipt number if you are the sponsor and you have paid fees electronically using any major creditcard on Canadian Immigration website and if you have the receipt number from the kit you ordered...please go to

Here is what my case says.  I'm sponsoring my wife to come to Canada (She is from Ukraine).

We received your application to sponsor <my wife's name> on February 11, 2010.
 
We started processing your application on March 9, 2010.
 
We sent you a letter on March 17, 2010 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I'm a bit worried the processing time to "Decision made" was so fast (only 8 days)...but we did have a pretty good application with lots of supporting "evidence" - phone records, chat logs, well over 100 photos, travel receipts, etc.

I should get the letter from CIC this week...
