Visit Visa from Islamabad- Online application

Hello,

My mother wants to renew her TRV (Visit Visa) to Canada from Islamabad.

I'm having a baby in early july and want her to be here. 

However she has travel coming up in March and if she applies now she will have to submit her passport which she doesn't want to do (she will be back end of march and i'm worried if she applies than it will be late because processing time is 50 days)

If you apply online you only have to submit a copy of the passport and submit passport later. But my mother doesn't have the computer skills to do it herself.

Anyone have experience doing an online application from Islamabad? Did you pay online also? Did you submit the documents later at Gerry's along with biometrics?

Does anyone know an agency in islamabad that can help with an online application?
