FSW 2013 processing

Hi 
   I applied for PR under FSW program on 4th june 2013 n recieved an acknowledgment e-mail on 28th august 2013 saying my application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience. However a final decision on my eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office and my application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.

I din't get any updates from CIC after dis. I also recieved a file number but it is not helping me to get any updates on my application. 

Does receiving a initial positive acknowledgment means I have more chances of getting accepted?
How long will it take for Visa Office to update me regarding further processing?
