Hi Colin
I have applied for FSWP and file number generated. Now the local visa office has requested me to send medical and PCC.
In between I got married, they have asked me to update my marital status( Marriage, divorce, children etc).
But now my consultancy says I need to process for my wife along with mine too( at present I cant take my wife along with me). They say I dont have an option. Please advice me now what documents I need to submit along with Medical, PCC, and fee.
Is it really necessary all who are married should take their wife while immigrating?

Hi Colin,

I have applied against FSW - 0112 Category from India in November '14. 10 days back, CIC debited the Visa Processing Fees from the account. However, I have not received any notification/UCI/Client ID from CIC,yet. By when can I expect some updates/notifications?

When should I submit my PCC?

Thanks and regards,
gvraorane

Hi I had applied in 2004 and my application got rejected. I wanted all my original documents ( experience certificates) back . I got reply from Delhi office as given below:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi, in which you requested the return of original documents submitted with your application.

Your application was terminated by law.  Unfortunately, we no longer have access to your file.

In accordance with instructions received from CIC Headquarters to repatriate all terminated applications, all such files are en route to Ottawa for storage.

We regret that we cannot comply with your request.

We trust that this information will be of assistance."

Kindly guide me how I can get them back as I want to apply for immigration to Australia. I need these documents back .

1. No you don't require one for Canada, CIC does it own checks and if one is required specifically for Canada, they will request it.

Hi attorney,
I would like to ask about my birth certificate, fathers name and middle initial is misspelled. It will take 6 months to correct it in the Philippines. I want to know if CIC is accepting affidavit so that I can send the FSW application while waiting for my birth certificate to be corrected. Please advice. Thank you.
