Yes, it's not unusual for you not to have received anything yet. Nowadays in process occurs within a couple of months of submission, and doesn't necessarily mean your file has been transferred to Vamcouver. Call CIC and find out first where your file is.

the file is still in sydney that is what is told to me by the agent, how about you, you applied in march 2012 and in process since Nov, 2012 you should have recieved the test date by now..

Nope, received RQ in March 2013 instead. Replied a few weeks later and been waiting since. Not holding my breath...

why did you recieve an RQ? did they give you any hint like unemployment, frequent travelling, etc??
