1. This might create a problem regarding a PR application as you will need to show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family in Canada to meet the requirements of the Federal Skilled Worker Program. The funds that you will need to show include amounts you have in your various bank accounts minus any debts/loans. However, if you are authorized to work in Canada and have a validated job offer, you won't need to show that you have enough funds to support your stay in Canada.

2. Normally, this kind of data is not exchanged between Canada and the US. We don't know what information banks have access to, therefore we cannot say if bad credit in the USA will impact Canadian credit.

3. Your bad credit will not be on the FBI clearance as long as there is no criminality attached to it.

4. Having loans and credit cards bills are neither a criminal or civil offence as long as there is nothing fraudulent about it.

5. In theory, it should not create an issue, however we cannot guarantee this as we don't know your exact situation.

	Thank you so much sir. 1. For the first point : I have enough money in my scotia bank and my wife might get a job by next week, so we will will have a validated job offer. 2. For 3rd point , we dont have any criminality in usa or any country. 3.For 4th point , wen didn't do any fraudulent other than missing the loan payment and 2 credit card bills that to from april 2017.
