Yes, I have a similar timeline:
 
AOR: Jan 2009
Started Processing: Jul 2009
File Transferred CPC-Mississauga: Dec 2009
.... waiting ever since
 
veryyyyyyyy frustrating experience.
 
Applied - Jan 2009>>AOR - Jan 2009>>Started Processing - Jul 2009>> File Trans. Miss. - Dec 2009>> FP May 2010>> Test Aug 2010>> Oath Nov 2010

I called the call center today and was told by the agent that the verifications (BG) were started in Dec when the acknowledgement letter was sent. I am now confused. Getting different information now.

I truely agree...everytime u call u will get differnt answers fm different agents n its really really confusing...the only way i can see it wait n wait...thats all...

I called the call center yesterday and was told my verifications have been complete and my file was sent to Mississauga on March 24. E-cas not updated yet but should be soon.
Timeline so far:
Test: Mar 3-09 kolbe
App recvd: Aug 19-09
Letter: Dec 2-09
Processing: Mar 12-2010
Sent to mississauga (unofficial): Mar 24-2010

I don't think this is an accurate estimate as you are already at 18 months now. Is it 12-15 months from test date or received date? This process is ridiculous! So if mine was actually received in Aug 09 then Nov 2010 will be 15 months. The call center is ridiculous too as they can't even tell you when the BG were completed so you don't know when they will expire. When I called them on Monday they said my verifications were complete and file has been transferred to Mississauga as of Mar 24 but I dont know when they were completed so now I dont know when they will expire.

Canada Turk    ...be patient your file still within timeline, people got their file transferred by Nov.09 are still waiting to hear something.....there is still allot of time ahead....it is Mississauga man.

hey guys...good news...today I m done with my oath finally.
Applied:dec/18/2008(test via kolbe)
File received:feb/09/2009
acknowlegement letter:june/30/2009
In process:oct/01/2009
file transferred to mississauga:15/dec/2009
letter to appear for the oath:april/13/2010
Oath date:Today (april/20/2010)
