me & my husband both r muslim canadian citizen.we have duel citizenship. we got married at 1991 in bangladesh & after 2 years i go canada as permanent residence through spousal sponsership . I came last year may 11th at my mother country bangladesh. from here i got divorce(through muslim family law act) my husband living at canada. divorce was activate here at sep 13th 2012. now i decide to marry again from my native country.

1) is my divorce valid in canada

2) m i legaly free to marry again

is there any source like government agencies, immigration desk. legal personality to make sure about it ? any idea with whom i consult for that ?
