Missing documents..need advise.

hi,
can someone pls advise? 

I am currently working in canada....and wife is in india. Currently in the process of sponsoring her..but we have 2 docs missing..and would really like to know if this will have any negative impact?

1) Marriage cert : we do not have the marriage cert from the registrar office .we have the marriage cert (nikaah naama..authorized) issued by the religious authorities since the marriage was performed under religious rites.Along with this  cert, we are also providing 2 letters from govt. of india officials authenticating the marriage.Additionally, im listed as her spouse on her passport since her passport was made after marriage.

2)Wife does not have a birth cert (dont ask y :( ..).But she does have voters ID that shows her date of birth,plus other docs like school transcripts which are mentioned in the guide.

will these docs be enough?
