new delhi processing time

hello guys,
 
             I received immigration letter from delhi immigration section.  It mention that delhi imigration received my file and they start processing on 3 feb 2010, Now My permanent residence is in process. whereas canadian immigration made a decision on 8 jan 2010 and sent to delhi immigration. so its took 26 days to "In process" it.
 
I have a one question that delhi immigration have been sent me letter with one DETAIL OF FOREIGN TRAVEL form which mention I have to submited my passport with this certificate, so should I have to submitted passport now?

Not sure, but I'd be sure you read the notification carefully to determine whether they're asking for the actual passport, or just photocopies of the pages with travel stamps (to go with your "Detail of Foreign Travel" form).  It's a little early for them to ask for the actual passport - but some offices do request it early on in the process, where others wait until the end when they're ready to issue the visa.  Someone who has processed through ND should be able to tell you what they experienced as far as when the passport was requested.
