how long takes for spouse visa ?

i want to put file for my spouse in mid feb.
how long its takes in Case Processing CentreMississauga, Ontario.?
and how long its takes in Delhi India.?
can they call for interview or not?
once i put my file in Case Processing Center than can i leave Canada or than can i go out of country??

Right now it takes about a month for the sponsorship Mississauga.  You can check the times:
 
 
After that, it goes to India to get processed for you.  You can check those times here:
 
 
These times may change by the time your application goes through, so you'd have to keep checking.
 
And yes, if you are applying outland, which it looks as though you are, you may leave the country any time during the processing.

You can leave the country so can your spouse but there is no saying the applicant will be allowed back in.

And yes they can call for an interview, no saying it will be needed, but no saying it wont either.

IF you are a PR, you must be residing IN Canada

in canada the avg processing time is one month.....in delhi it can take anywhere between 2 to 6 months...Yes an interview can take place...and u can leave the country and come back again while ur application is being processed
