Any IELTS center in South America use Head Sets?

I have a listening issue with big speakers, I am from Bolivia and near by some other countries do use same Loud Speaker system.

If some one know any country in South America where they provide
headsets instead of Loud Speakers during Listening session? Any help
would be highly appreciated.

	Yes, IELTS shouldn't use this hall loudspeaker thing for its listening module test. It is outdated and anachronistic of its kind to be used in a test of such an international renown. Please ,please make it available to individuals with the use of personal headsets.
