Hi,
This forum has provided me some helpful feedback from time to time. I need your help again if possible. I applied visit visa for spouse whose case is already in process for Outside Canada spousal sponsorship. Thank God she got the visa and coming to Canada soon just wanted to check if anyone has same experience and how long can I extend her stay if possible ??? Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks

Anything that proves you have strong ties to your home country (i.e. are well established there) and have no plans to remain in Canada long term - including:
- property or land ownership - rental agreements - business ownership - bank accounts and other assets - proof of school enrolment - proof of employment (<<<< that what I sent for my spouse ) |

Hey Amir
First of all, Congratulations for your wife's visa. You said you have applied for visitor visa for your wife whose case is already in the process for spousal sponsership. That means you are a permanent residence of canada. But where did you apply for visitor visa for your wife, in Canada? And how can one apply visa for someone else? Also want to know that what is the processing time after you sponsor your spouse to get his/her visa. Appreciate very much!
