Anyone notice that you cannot inquire with Ecas this morning?

The Date of birth and Place of birth fields are too narrow to allow you make a selection!

Wonder what's going on?

Kenney cut those fields. His budget cuts resulted in that CIC can't support functioning of Date of birth and Place of birth fields anymore.

E-cas was down last night entirely.  I wonder if they're trying to upgrade it over the holiday weekend?
FSW applied 6/09, denied (med inadmissible) 12/11. JR leave granted 7/12, discontinued 9/12. Spousal app PPR 9/12. Landed 13 October 2012
