I messed up my application  for a study permit so I have to do the process all again so I will not be able to go back to University (so annoying) so I still have my tickets paid for going to and from Canada and My apartment is all paid for and I have ample money in the bank so i want to still go to Canada but not university  for the next  16 weeks,I have My boyfriend  at   University, so at least I can still have some time with him and perhaps do some online course in the interim, can I do this?
