Sponsorship of parents iopen file in March 2009

Hi Guys 
I applied to sponsor my parents and my brother (dependent) in March 2009, sent document to Mississuagua.
I receieved the acknowlegement letter few month later.
I recieved a letter request for additional document in April 2012 and we sent them in May 2012
I recieved a letter in July 2012 that came from CIC MISSISSUAGUA that your file is complete and waiting for processing

Any body knows that it means my eligibility as sponsor is now approved
what would be the next step then?
