hey i'm Shivani from India. i intend to apply through SINP. i have completed my masters and have 2 years of work experience.
a help on the following would be great:
1. i read on this website of a closure. does it mean i cannot apply until it restarts? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp OR whether it doesn't apply to me coz i'll be applying through a PNP.
2. i wanted to know if IELTS is compulsory. and if a certain score on french would be required coz i don't know french at all.
3. i have no idea how do i qualify on the criteria of adaptability and community support! i have family in Toronto but none in Saskatchewan. Plus i'm clueless if a job is required or whether it is possible to immigrate without a job. How do i get the job in the first place.
4. i would also like to know if it is necessary that an applicant scores certain minimum marks on each of the 8 criterias. http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/sinp-400-1/ (link for the score table)

hope to hear from you soon. i'd also like to know yr name Patience2 :) good day
