Hi, 

I am working as a DBA (noc 2172) in vancouver based company on a 3 year work permit (LMO valid for another 2 years ). Since i completed 1 year in my job, i thought of applying for my PR, thought the PNP will be the faster option, and when i spoke to my employer, they said they are ready to sponsor me under pnp, but I am not sure what sort of letter I need from them ( Right now i am on a 3 year work pemit). Do i need a new job offer and LMO or Just a letter from the employer saying that they will make me permanent if my PR is approved ?
