I am sure this is covered elsewhere, but I can't seem to locate it.
Where the forms ask for photographs (wedding, reception, honeymoon), should I include the photos with the forms or seperately with all the rest of the proof of relationship photos? Any thoughts or experience would be greatly appreciated. |

There is no one required way to compile the application, though there are some clear do-not-do-it-this-way approaches (such as using binders is a no-no, and no electronic media such as CDs of photos).
That said, many photos are relevant to more than one form, and definitely relevant to more than one item in the respective questionnaire forms, and it is probably better to organize evidence supporting the genuineness of the relationship separately. But again, this can be and is approached differently by different applicants. We labelled, with numbers, each and every item of supporting evidence we submitted, photos numbered by page (page 1 to 40 or so), with two, sometimes three photos printed on each page (definitely send copies not originals, and as already mentioned, photos need to be labelled one way or another, identifying who, where, when), emails as "Email-1 to Email-50" (or so), support letters "Support letter - 1 to Support letter - 5," and so on, except for the miscellaneous reciepts and copies of personal cards and such. And then it was simple to simply put in the form itself, or for some items in the supplemental page, a reference to the relevant photo(s) and other supporting documents, such as "see photos page 3 and emails-9, 12, and 31" or, for our wedding, "see photos page 27 to 34" and so on. But, again, each person can organize their proof in the manner which makes sense for them, which makes sense for the kind of proof they have. Edited by dpenabill - 04 Apr 2011 at 1:57pm |

Bureaucracy is what bureaucracy does, or When in doubt, follow the instructions. Otherwise, follow the instructions.
