Hello.
Could anyone please shared your experience on how long in reality it would normally take for the online status to change to DM, and VO to issue the visa, after ppr. The VO is in HK. The ppr letter says it generally takes 20 working days to issue the visa and mail the passport back. However, it's been over 3 weeks since the passport was submitted to the VO yet the online status is still in process. Is this normal? I'm in parents family class. Thanks everyone for your insights. |

3 weeks = 15 working days. You still have another week or so to wait to get the passport back. It may take even a little longer than that, depending on how busy the office is, and if there are any issues or not. Sit tight... everyone on this forum is waiting for something to happen :)
In your case, it looks like your wait is almost over.

Thanks a lot Harmonica.
Does anyone know if HK VO still accept in-person visa pickup? Please advise. Thanks. |
