question,
i have spent 485 days in Canada and still have 345 days left before my PR card expires. ( I still need 245 days to obtain mt Permanent residence status) I am planning to visit Canada for 3 weeks in the holiday. I do not live there any longer but still have a Canadian bank account. So i have not spent 730 days in Canada. Can i still enter Canada with a valid PR card without any problems entering Canada even if its only for a holiday? most websites are not specifically explaining things very clear. Thanks for the help

Hi
1. As you have sufficient time since you "landed" to get your 730 days of residency in the first 5 years, then you will not have a problem in entering Canada. |
