Hi everyone,
I need to travel right after oath. If I take oath on Monday, what would be the earliest day to get new passport (it's ok to pay expedited service)? Is it always 3 days of waiting time after oath until the day eligible for passport application? Or minimum 3 days? Thanks in advance for any info you may have. |

After the oathing (please please dont do this before) ask the person in charge to in put your name into the system asap as you are travelling soon.
The next day, go to passport Canada in the morning and try applying through the express pasport program. If your name is on the system, you are in luck. If not, wait until the next day. So max 48 hours you should be able to get your passport (obv without counting weekends and holidays)
