Is there anyway that a 30 removal order can be overturned after a sponsorship has been withdrawn for being abusive?

	Does Prra only apply to refugee or it has to be done right across the board once a removal has been ordered

	What happened? If a sponsorship has been withdrawn before a final decision has been made, that's pretty much the end of the road. Provide more details please...

	Eligibility: "Who can apply for PRRA? Persons in Canada, other than persons referred to in A115(1) (protected persons or persons recognized as a Convention refugee by a country to which they may return), may apply for PRRA if they are subject to a removal order that is in force or are named in a security certificate described in A77(1). It is important to note that, with the exception of Port of Entry and Subsequent PRRAs, persons may not apply before being given notification of their entitlement to do so.
