Hi All , 

Sorry to bother you all , but I have been searching everywhere and I could get any answer 
I am planning to submit my sponsorship to my common law wife and 8 year old son at this moment
their passport is already expired and when we inquired to renew it in the Philippines , the earliest appointment we can get is September 27 2016 My question is can I submit my sponsorship even 
they dont have their passport yet ? Can i indicate to follow ?
