Multiple visa - re entry

My Parents have multiple visa to US & CAN. While we cross the border couple of times, recent entry to Canada - the immigration officer questioned, put a note that cheating the system while crossing the border. Can we apply super visa//extension with in Canada? Pl advise... Mathew

	Dear Mathewnz, Since your parents have Multiple Entries VISA for US and CANADA, why did immigration officer at border put such remarks ? Was there any query raised by immigration officer to your parents, which was not answered properly ? If there is any negative remarks on PASSPORT during immigration clearance, it can affect your SUPER VISA application. Regards,
