I would like to apply for skilled worker as a PhD student. I will finish my 2nd year of my PhD this month. Can I apply now without sending IELTS score? I will sit for IELTS during the end of this month.
So my question is can I submit my PR application now and then send the IELTS score later.

Any suggestion??

1. You have to include your ielts with the application.
