Dear Sir/Madam,

Previously I've submitted for Canada Work Permit visa(W1) and it's got put on hold for LMO paper. I was unable to produce LMO with in specified time. If LMO approval is asked by CHC when we  file for first time and after 3 months Can we apply with out LMO number as the application expires. Please confirm me the same.

And, if once i was asked for LMO approval and Can i re-apply second time without LMO number ???
and i have lot of skillsets which suits my role learned during these 3-4 months...so can i resubmitt docs for visa without LMO number now..??? please help
Ram

Hi Scylla,

In that letter which i got from CHC after applying workpermit, they said ''you didn't demonstrate the skills and not exceptional for LMO or ur skills doesn't show that you are eligible for interchage in company"

so, does the above come into LMO categary...beacause they didn't directly said to get LMO approval. And originally i'm from india and need want to reloccate from my current company for onsite...so please could you help me for the above....

and could you please tell me whats an LMO..and when its needed???

The link below provides information about LMOs. To obtain an LMO, you must first find an employer in Canada and that employer must then apply for an LMO:

The following jobs do not require an LMO:
