HI,

I have applied for work permit visa and asked to get LMO approval. so after 3 months now can i apply with out LMO number??

Your question isn't clear. You'll have to provide more information if you would like us to help.

Are you saying that you originally applied for a work permit visa three months ago and it was rejected because you didn't have an approved LMO? If so, what has changed in the last three months which makes the LMO unnecessary?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Previously I've submitted for Canada Work Permit visa(W1) and it's got put on hold for LMO paper. I was unable to produce LMO with in specified time. If LMO approval is asked by CHC when we  file for first time and after 3 months Can we apply with out LMO number as the application expires. Please confirm me the same.

And, if once i was asked for LMO approval and Can i re-apply second time without LMO number ???
and i have lot of skillsets learned during these 3-4 months..so can i resubmitt docs for visa without LMO number now..??? please help

What do you mean by applied for work permit visa? You can't apply for a work permit without LMO unless your job type is LMO exempt.
