Hello everyone,

I need your help please ......CryCry

I have PR card and want to invite my mom in Canada. I sent all necessary documents to embassy in Ankara ,Turkey. The purpose of the trip was my wedding ceremony, however, they refused my mom's application. The reason was that my father came in Canada as a refuge 10 years ago ( now they are divorced, he has a new family ) They believe that my mom also stay here . The wedding without my mom was terrible. I was in shock. Now I am pregnant and I want to share this happiness with my mother. I miss her so much and really want to see her again.

Does anybody have any idea how can I invite her again in Canada? How can I convince the embassy that she will be here only 1-2 months?

Any suggestion will be very helpful for me

Thank you.

She needs to show better proof that demonstrates she has very strong ties to Turkey and will return home after her visit to Canada (i.e. will not overstay). What documents proving ties did she include in her first application? Is there any additional documentation she can provide this time?

Huh, that's sounds sad, but if you have the right papers to show that she is divorced and your father is remarried should be ok, send them more papers, hopefully they will give it to her, they re just afraid your mom will never go back. That;s a tough one. One important thing is to have the ticket with return date on it so she can go back.

Yes, she sent all the documents about her job and her income, bank statement, about her property. What else is necessary? What is your opinion about letter of guarantee?

Not sure why my post didn't go through... Submit the divorce papers, any documents of things she owns: property, business, car etc.  A letter from her employer that states they are giving her 2 months off in order to visit her daughter in Canada. (also have the letter include how many years she has been working there, and her salary.)  I would write a short cover letter explaining the situation with your dad and the reasons why this is not going to be the same in her situation.

A visitor visa is issued to business visitors who wish to enter the Canada for a temporary period to engage in legitimate business activities, such as meetings, conferences, negotiating contracts and consultations. Visitor  visa holders may not work in the Canada and may not be paid from a Canada source.

I think you should forward some strong  proofs  that shows your mother living in Turkey. (etc: a police report from a police station where your mother lives)
