Federal Skill visa from Scotland urgent!!

 I am currently living in UK under HSMP visa.I want to apply Federal Skill visa. But I am confused about the english test. As I got master degree from Glasgow University( degree thought in English), Do I need to appear any english test? if yes can I appear ESOL test instead of IELTS?Please answer these question.
