Hi,

My sistutaion is like that my previous employer terminated my contract when i was on vacation in india and i came back to canada on last sunday.

Now i contacted the new family and they agreed to hire me. My employers are 4 members in the family. Man, Wife their one son aged 9 years old. And my employer has her mother(old age) at home but she can't look after the boy. Mother was sponsored by my employer from india and she came to canada 4-5 years ago so she is dependednt on the income of my employer.

When this morning they saw on website that in order to obtain positive LMO , they must submit the the Option C print out (From CRA) with the LMO application.

What is Option C print out and why Service canada need that. In case, If service canada will review the Opion C form to review the income of employer to approve the LMO, Then how much income is required to qualify to sponsor me in canada under LCP? Their gross income is approx 65,000 I guess. Wife is on payroll and man is self employed.

And for how many years they need to obtain the Option C print out from CRA.

PLEASE REPLY SOON.

The Option C shows their total income. HRSDC wants it to determine if the family has sufficient income to pay a LCP. The last income year is fine.

As they are currently four members and expecting an other child in november this year then the gross of $70,000 would be fine ? or more is required!

Phone Service Canada and ask them, they are ones that make the decision.
